Dr. Ting Zhu has been selected to receive the SES Young Investigator Medal at the 51st Annual Technical Meeting of the Society of Engineering Science. The award is made in recognition of the impact that his work has had in Engineering Science.

The Society of Engineering Science Young Investigator Medal is awarded to a young researcher (within 10 years after PhD at the time of nomination submission) in his or her ascendancy whose work has already had an impact in his/her field within Engineering Science. The recipient is invited by the Board of Directors to deliver an address at the annual meeting of the Society.
